88.1 the Park is Proud to Sponsor the 2021 SJ5K
The Plymouth-Canton Community is reminded that We Can Go the Distance as the 11th annual S-J-5K kicks off on Sunday May 2, with another virtual run that will make a difference in the lives of five Plymouth-Canton families. 88.1 the Park is the title sponsor for the 2021 run.
The S-J-5K is more than a charity fundraiser. This event builds community by bringing the Plymouth-Canton Community together.
By participating you can help five Plymouth Canton families and bring them hope, support and much needed funds as they face incredible challenges.
The SJ5K was started in 2011 to raise funds for Jessie Lindlbauer and his family. Since then the run and walk has raised over 600-thousan dollars for 45 families in our community.
You can extend the reach of this community event and help these families out by participating in the virtual SJ5K, donating funds, or sponsoring the race. Pledge to run, walk, or bike the Virtual SJ5K anytime and anywhere between Sunday, May 2nd and Sunday, May 9th. You can join us on Sunday, May 2nd at 8:00 a.m. for the kick off ceremony airing on 88-1 the Park
