88.1 the Park Staff Member and Director of the Month – October 2019

Congratulations to Rohan Ghantasala and Ashley Temple, the October 2019 Director and Staff Member of the Month at 88.1 the Park.

Rohan is at Plymouth Senior and he serves as the Sports Director for the station.  Rohan is also the Producer and Host of Women’s Sports Spotlight, a monthly show that spotlights the women’s teams at Canton, Plymouth and Salem High School.  Rohan is also very giving of his time covering news shifts for his fellow staff members.  He has also helped with our live football broadcasts throughout the fall.

“Rohan is often behind the scenes helping our other staff members sound their best on the air,” said Bill Keith, Station Manager.   “We’re lucky to have him on our leadership team.”

Ashley Temple is a Canton Junior.  She serves on the station’s music staff where she produces episodes of Backstage Pass.  She has also become a very gifted DJ on the station.

“Ashley sounds great on the air,” said Bill Keith.  “She recently produced a great preview of Taylor Swift’s music for Backstage Pass. We’re excited that she’ll be back next year to continue the excellent work.”
