Community Focus – February 22, 2017
The Partnership for the Arts and Humanities in Canton recently held a gala to celebrate their work, especially the work they’ve done on the Village Arts Factory. The Village Arts Factory will be the center for the arts in the Cherry Hill Village area of Canton. During the gala they debuted a video highlighting progress on the arts factory. This edition of Community Focus will feature the audio from the video.

Community Focus – February 8, 2017
Plymouth-Canton Educational Park students have an opportunity to visit Washington D.C. with the Close Up Club. The club’s advisor is Canton Economics Teacher, Chris Belch. He has been taking students to the capitol for 11 years. Max Jenkins spoke with Mr. Belch about Close Up and his experience leading the club.

Moments with Merritt – February 2017
The Plymouth-Canton Community Schools is hosting a Realtors Breakfast to build connections with important ambassadors for the school district. The breakfast is Thursday February 23, at 8:30 a.m. at the Canton Public Library. The district will provide resources to help realtors sell homes along with a networking opportunity. Coldwell Banker Realtor, Gordon McCann, will also share tips and tricks to aid the home selling process.
Superintendent Monica Merritt talks with Taryn Reid, Assistant Director of Marketing for the Plymouth-Canton Community Schools and Gordon McCann, a local realtor.
The show will air on 88.1 the Park on Tuesday February 7, 14 and 21 at 5:45 p.m.
