As the weather gets colder the Plymouth community is preparing for the annual Plymouth Ice Festival. The festival will take place January 11-13, throughout the streets surrounding Kellogg Park. Kaylie Siefert spoke with Plymouth Ice Festival Producer, James Gietzen, about this family friendly event.
