Community Focus – January 26, 2022

Internationally renowned Jazz Guitarist Mimi Fox will perform with the Michigan Philharmonic on Saturday February 12, at 7:30 p.m. at Schoolcraft College.  The concert is called “All that Jazz – The Roaring Twenties and Beyond” and will feature music from Fox, Shostakovich, Gershwin, Berlin and others.  88.1 the Park’s News Director, Daniel Schoenherr spoke with Fox about her career, upcoming performances, performing with an orchestra, and her work as an educator.
