Community Focus – January 31, 2024

Plymouth-Canton Community Schools’ residents will have the opportunity to vote on a long-standing Non-Homestead millage renewal, that would continue to generate operating revenue that is essential for our district, over the next 20 years.  The election is on Tuesday February 27.  This is an appeal to continue at the same funding level that has been maintained since 1994. The millage applies only to local business, industrial, and commercial property, and property that is not the owner’s primary residence.  88.1 the Park’s Assistant Manager, John Kreger, spoke with P-CCS Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Monica Merritt, about the millage renewal election.
