The Friends of the Penn took ownership of the historic theatre at the end of 2021. They also recently received a $300,000 grant from the Wilcox Foundation to cover 3/4 of their mortgage payment. 88.1 the Park’s Bill Keith, spoke with the Executive Director of the Friends of the Penn, Ellen Elliott.
