Community Focus – May 14, 2025

The 2025 Plymouth-Canton Educational Park Culinary Team finished in second place at the National ProStart Invitational in Baltimore, MD.   They were earned a spot in the competition after finishing in first place at the Michigan ProStart competition.  Under the direction of P-CEP culinary program lead instructor Diana Woodward, team members Brandon Knight, Mia Maiolatesi, Justin Anhauser, Kobe Chen, and Ophelia Andrade battled teams from 48 states.  88.1 the Park’s News Director, Anya Read, spoke with Brandon Knight about the culinary program and their success in competition.
