Dearborn Music is celebrating their 65th anniversary with big news.  The record store is opening a new location in Farmington in June.  88.1 the Park listeners may remember they previously had a location in Canton, which closed in 2008.  The record industry has been facing many challenges since the early 2000’s but is finally seeing growth because of the resurgence of interest in vinyl.  88.1 the Park’s Station Manager, Bill Keith, spoke with one of Dearborn Music’s owners Rick LeAnnais about the new store, their celebration of 65 years and the changes he’s seen in the record business.
