A group of parents, students and doctors recently spoke to the Plymouth-Canton Community Schools Board of Education about changing start times at Plymouth-Canton Educational Park.  Midha Mashhood spoke with Dr. David Sengstock, Doctor of Internal Medicine at Beaumont Oakwood Hospital, about the impact of school start times on high school students.
