The Michigan Philharmonic has been part of a vital cultural scene in Western Wayne County for over 70 years.  88.1 the Park’s Public Relations Director, Saba Mangla, spoke with Beth Stewart, Executive Director of the orchestra.  They talked about the orchestra’s history and plans for the new season of programming.
