My P-CCS Life – August 18, 2023

This edition of My P-CCS Life chronicles the careers of husband and wife team Clint and Cathy Smiley, two outstanding educators who served our district and its students for a combined 60-plus years. Clint held a variety of positions across the district, but will be best remembered for his tenure as Principal of West Middle School. Cathy spent her entire career with the district as a science teacher at Salem High School, helping students understand and love the scientific world. The Smileys were also district parents, seeing their children graduate from P-CCS. The pair retired at the end of the 2022-23 school year. Listen in as P-CCS Executive Director of Communications and Marketing Nick Brandon explores the Smileys’ journey of life and love for family, education, and each other that has stood the test of time.
