My P-CCS Life – July 7, 2023

When Adrienne Davis was elected to the P-CCS Board of Education in 2009, she became the first black Board member in P-CCS History. She also worked with P-CCS schools on improving diversity training and inclusion efforts, and sent her children to P-CCS. 88.1 the Park Assistant Manager, John Kreger, spoke with Mrs. Davis about her time on the Board, her work to help students eat healthier meals in school cafeterias, her trip to the White House lawn as a Board member, and her work to help students learn more effectively.
