A partnership between Plymouth-Canton Community Schools and orsa credit union (formerly Community Financial) will spark the creation of the Orsa Hub on the Plymouth-Canton Educational Park campus. Located at Canton High School, the Orsa Hub serves as a dynamic ecosystem for exploration. Students will engage in robotics, artificial intelligence, digital storytelling, financial wellness, sustainability projects and design experiences within flexible, collaborative spaces. 88.1 the Park’s, Claudia Fisher, spoke with orsa credit union CEO and President, Tansley Stearns, about their $5,000,000 commitment to the district, recent name change and other projects.

88.1 the Park Students Honored at MAB Student Broadcast Awards
88.1 the Park students were honored at the 2026 Michigan Association of Broadcasters High School and College Awards on Thursday March 26, in Lansing.
The students received 16 awards in 16 categories, including five first place and five second place honors. This included sweeping the On-Air Personality or Team and Daily Newscast catergories.

Plymouth-Canton Educational Park’s Lightning Robotics recently participated in their first competition of the season in Philadelphia.
