Staff Member of the Month – March 2018

Congratulations to Saba Mangla, Plymouth Senior, and Aimee Choi, Plymouth Sophomore, for their selection as 88.1 the Park’s March Staff Member of the Month.

Saba serves the station as Public Affairs Director.  You can also hear her on the air on Monday from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m.  This year she created a new program, On the Beat, that gives the station’s listeners a chance to ask questions of local law enforcement officers.

“We are so lucky to have Saba on our staff.  She has done an amazing job as Public Affairs and News Director.  But she also goes out of her way to encourage other staff members and her presence makes 88.1 a great place to work,” said Bill Keith, Station Manager.

Aimee is on the air Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.  She also serves on the station’s music staff and has created some of the station’s best Backstage Pass programs.

“Aimee has worked so hard on her show and it shows.  She gets better each week and is creating a wonderful show to listen to.  She is also a very talented news writer and she sets a great example for all of our staff members,” said Keith.
