The Park Players and 88.1 the Park Present A Christmas Carol – December 16, at 7:00 p.m. and December 19, at 2:00 p.m.
As we celebrate the most unique holiday season of our lifetimes, the Park Players Theatre Company will become the latest talented thespians to present their version of Charles Dickens’ classic holiday tale when they present Phillip Grecian’s exclusive radio adaptation of A Christmas Carol on December 16th and 19th on P-CEP’s student-run radio station, 88.1 the Park.
From Jacob Marley to Tiny Tim the actors of International Thespian Troupe #354 will follow Ebenezer Scrooge on his ghostly road to redemption, and revel in the joy of that magical Christmas morning in the Cratchit household.
The recorded broadcasts, which will air on December 16th at 7 pm and December 19th at 2 pm, are a fundraising effort for the Park Players as they attempt to recover some of the thousands of dollars lost when the outbreak of COVID-19 cancelled the company’s spring and fall in-person performances.
